Hello. My name is Michael Jeffs, known as Michael to my family, or as Mike or MJ to my friends. I am currently 27 years old and have been living with a terminal cancer diagnosis since July 2020. For whatever reason, now feels like the right time for me to share my story, and my experience of living with cancer. Cancer is not something that defines me now, nor has it throughout my whole life as you will find out if you read on. I hope this page gets that message across in a light-hearted way despite the current seriousness of my situation.

Some of my closest friends will have no idea about some of what I am sharing on here and how far back this goes. I am not looking for sympathy, far from it. Selfishly, I am using this page as an outlet to clear my head, and give people a sense of what I have been through, how I have dealt with things to date, and how I plan on cracking on with things now. Hopefully this might help someone who may be going through their own difficulties.

The site will be used for me to share any future updates, and for you to share any memories with me too. You can also find out about some of the brilliant charities that have supported and continue to support me. Thanks for reading this far in already.
